Privacy policy

This privacy statement serves as the basis for Met hart en lef, represented by Peggy ter Haak, for handling the privacy and data processing of its clients.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics, for which I have entered into a processing agreement with Google. IP addresses are automatically anonymised and therefore not stored.

Client data

With regard to my clients’ data, I apply the following principles:

Personal data

The personal data I collect are first and last name, address details, telephone number and email address. I process this personal data for the following purposes:

• To be able to contact you in the context of our process.
• To process payments.
• To inform you about my services.

File

During our process, I build up a file containing the preparation for our sessions and a brief summary of how they went. Your reflections might also be included in this file.

This file serves no other purpose than as a memory aid for me: during our process and in case you have a follow-up question after our process has been completed. At your request, I will delete this file immediately after the end of our process.

Data retention period

I will not retain your data any longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. I therefore apply the following retention periods:

• Personal data, 7 calendar years, for the purposes of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
• File, 5 calendar years, starting after the completion of our process.

Information about my services

I will inform you by email if there are any changes to my services that may be of interest to you. You can ask me to stop at any time, and I will comply immediately.

Sharing data with third parties

I will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except to comply with a legal obligation. I will not disclose your file or parts thereof to others, except at your explicit request.

Data security

I have taken appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification of your data, and I will continue to do so.
